The N901iS cellphone from NEC features a 2.5” screen that can display colors as well as a desktop monitor (manufacturer's claim). Usually mobile color displays use a lesser precision color encoding and have a lower level of brightness/contrast. These limitations are a trade-offs for memory, battery life and cost. I would be curious to see if NEC has pulled this one off.
