Unconfirmed reports point to a Blackberry 8700 debut on Cingular networks this October 28. Looks like those pining for the 8700 will be able to get it exclusively from Cingular only, as other carriers have not picked up this handset yet. Pricing information is unavailable at the moment for this Bluetooth/WiFi capable device.
