“Motorola’s chief executive - Ed Zander has reportedly admitted that the company may have got it wrong with the recently released, iTunes-compatible, ROKR phone.
Apparently Ed Zander was reacting to research findings, that the number of people returning the ROKR is six times higher than normal.
Albert Lin, an analyst at American Technology Research, conducted research among US retailers and distributors, and concluded that there is an overall disappointment with the ROKR. Lin found that many customers who have bought the phone, are exchanging it for other handsets, sooner than expected for a recently launched product. ”

Sony Ericsson’s stylish new HBH-662 Akono Bluetooth headset allows you to see who’s calling you and check your battery level via the LCD display located on the headset itself (Puzzling if you are leaving the headset on your ear all the time). Talk time is rated at 5 hours, with 150 hours of standby time. One great feature is the voice calling function that frees your hands to attend to more important matters.

Here’s a leaked picture of the Nokia N71. This clamshell 3G phone comes with 2 cameras like all good 3G phones do. One of the cameras is a 2 megapixel monster with flash minus auto focus, while the other will most probably be a vanilla VGA one. The N71’s dual display will be encased by a stainless steel motif similar to the rest of the N-Series. The expected release date is rumored to be early 2007, but will such technology be considered state-of-the-art by then?
