Samsung experienced an increase in sales of their ultraslim sliding handsets in the 4th quarter of 2005. Over 40,000 units of the SPH-V4800 have moved since the November release, with at least 2,000 units being sold daily. The SPH-V8400 is 15.9mm thick and comes with a 1.3 megapixel camera, MP3 playback, PictBridge, Picsel viewer, a microSD slot, voice recognition, and flight mode.
