Treo Central has a thorough review of the Treo 700w and concludes that it is set to be the best ever Windows Mobile device produced. Palm’s first shot at a Windows-based Treo delivered upgrades in both hardware and software departments over the older Treo 650. The EV-DO connection is always welcome, and the Windows-based Today Screen, e-mail and multimedia functions performed well and with minimal issues.
